The Palestinian Human Rights Organization - PHRO Annual Report for the period 2007 documents PHRO's carried activities and initiatives within its 5 programs' areas. It reflects PHRO's efforts in monitoring and documenting human rights violations that Palestinians experienced throughout this year. Also, the report presents PHRO's educational and raising awareness actions in the field of human rights and other related themes such as conflict resolution, good governance, dialogue ...etc.

In 2006, the Palestinian Human Rights Organization (PHRO) condensed its efforts on addressing the socio-economic rights for the Palestinian Refugees in Lebanon and started a program to support their fundamental Right to Work which is ultimately essential to live independentlyand in dignity. The program which is supported in core by the Ford Foundation and the Kerk In Actie developed greatly through a project supported by the Embassy of the Netherlands in 2006/2007 and included a Training on Protection Mechanisms, Research on Lebanese Labor Laws & Documentary that presents Palestinians' Contributions to Lebanon's diffrent sectors of life.

The Palestinian Human Rights Organization – PHRO calls upon: The UN Security Council to take firm and compulsory action that ensures the protection of the Palestinian Civilians, The High Contracting parties to the Geneva Conventions to fulfill their legal obligations, The UN Human Rights Council to move towards stopping the Israeli Killing Machine, The European Union to reconsider its decision about Upgrading its Relations with Israel and Hamas to abide with the rules of the International Humanitarian Law.

المنظمة الفلسطينية لحقوق الإنسان (حقوق) تجدد إدانتها للعدوان الإسرائيلي على القطاع

وتحث مجلس الأمن على عدم الاكتفاء ببيان رئاسي، وعلى إرسال قوات دولية لفرض الأمن وحماية المدنيين، وتجدد مطالبتها الدول الأطراف السامية المتعاقدة على اتفاقيات جنيف الوفاء بالتزاماتها، وتدعو مجلس حقوق الإنسان أن يدعم مطلب رئيس الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة القاضي بالتئامها، لاتخاذ جملة قرارات وإجراءات دون تعريضها لحق النقض (الفيتو)، وتدعو الاتحاد الأوروبي اعتماد مواقف وتصريحات تنسجم مع المعايير التي صاغوها في مواثيقهم، وتتماشى مع ما ينادون به من مبادئ ذات الصلة بحقوق الإنسان وإعادة النظر بالقرار الذي كان قد اتخذه مجلس الإتحاد الأوروبي بشأن تعزيز العلاقات مع إسرائيل

المنظمة الفلسطينية لحقوق الإنسان (حقوق) تدعو: مجلس الأمن لاتخاذ قرارات صارمة وملزمة لضمان حماية المدنيين الفلسطينيين، الأطراف السامية المتعاقدة على اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة الوفاء بالتزاماتها، مجلس حقوق الإنسان بالأمم المتحدة لإيقاف آلة القتل الإسرائيلية، الإتحاد الأوروبي لإعادة النظر بقراره بشأن تعزيز العلاقات مع إسرائيل، كما وتدعو (حقوق) حركة حماس للإلتزام بقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني
